Absolutely! Very evocative. It also brings to my mind the fear of drowning in emotions, or in some dark, subconscious space far removed from logical thought.

I’d never come across that before. Reading your link, I immediately thought it sounds quite esoteric- right up my street! Jumping straight into to the poem, the first words I noticed were ‘The Hanged Man’ – wonderful! Thank you for introducing me to this, it is beautiful.
